Craig Richards founded David Brooke Associates in August 1979. Under his leadership the company has earned an envious reputation as an extremely prestigious, highly effective leader in an intensely competitive field.
While Mr. Richards has been enormously successful in placing key executives in the financial services sector, he has distinguished himself as the leading search executive for the insurance industry. During the last decade alone, Mr. Richards has placed a remarkable 100 presidents and over 1500 senior-level managers in insurance companies, subsidiaries and divisions.
Among Mr. Richards' particular skills, which is somewhat unique to his area, is building, sometimes frequently from scratch, entire divisions from president down to middle managers, involving groups ranging from 10 to as many as 35 professionals.
